Itay B.
Itay B, also known as Tai, is the Co-founder and Director of Business Development at Fantastico Design and Build Inc. Tai has over eight years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry, including architecture, design, planning, plumbing, electrical, framing, customer services management, large residential project management, contracting management, and more. Tai has worked independently with major residential remodel companies in California. Tai has certifications in California’s contractor, business, and legal trades. As he advanced in the construction industry, he became aware of some crucial factors that may be better managed to offer homeowners in California far better service and experience when upgrading their homes. A perfectionist personality drives Tai to excellence. Because of that, Tai decided to start his own business to implement his unique approach and development to the construction, building, and remodeling business with a goal to improve how homeowners experience their home improvement projects.

These guys are legit!! Super nice, professional, affordable and efficient! They helped me when I decided to replace the carpet in my house and redesign the kitchen. We chose Fantastico Design and Build Inc for our total kitchen and bathroom makeover after talking to other builders and getting some other estimates. They were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and were generally courteous and polite construction workers. With the exception of delays caused by the city for inspections, they completed the work well and very much on schedule. Although we did have a few minor disagreements about some of the work, we were ultimately happy that we chose them, and we would work with them again on future projects.
